When it comes to buying and selling homes, one of the most frequent questions asked is about schools. What are the options? How do they rate? What do we have to do to make sure we are providing the very best opportunities for our children? We understand these questions because we have asked them ourselves. There is nothing more important than family. We make deals and we help our clients get to closing, but in the end it is all about the people in our lives. Dollars and cents are the by-product of a life well lived and an honest day’s work. Life cannot all be about money – it has to be about bettering our communities and our families.
Fair Lawn, New Jersey is an incredible town. It is within Fair Lawn and the immediate surrounding communities that the majority of our business at The Zamir Group is centered. It is where our founder and group leader Zohar “Zack” Zamir, as well as other members of the team, raise their children. We live and breathe in Fair Lawn and love helping families to grow here. We know what a vibrant community it is. We eat, play, laugh and grow together here. We love this community because it provides the life we want for our children. Yesterday we were excited to receive a letter to our home that made Fair Lawn – and its schools – even more exciting:
As if Fair Lawn did not already have enough to offer our families and our children, the move to an all day kindergarten program is now a reality. While the program has been controversial at times, it certainly offers amazing benefits for our children.
Fair Lawn has always had an amazing school system. Our children receive a high quality education and a leg up on life. It also allows them to grow socially and become a part of this community. All day kindergarten will allow more time for instruction and help give an advantage in instruction, introduce concepts earlier, and allow growth in math and literacy skills that will rival any other district in the area.
The program will also be very appealing as it will allow for our children to have more time for social interaction and growth, as well as free up parents for more time to provide for the family. To bring it back to our business just a little, this change goes a long way to make Fair Lawn an even more desirable community in which to live. More and more families will (and should!) want to get into Fair Lawn so that their children can enjoy the benefits of the amazing school system, and to be a part of a community hat clearly cares about providing for our children.
